The above project consisted of works to a new timber framed housing association apartment block which required the following works:

  • Underfloor heating, including insulation & acoustic separation to upper floors. Ground floor consisted of clip style installation with upper floors working on a spreader plate arrangement.
  • Above ground drainage.
  • Heating & Hot water Generation installation.
  • Domestic Hot Water Services distributed using commercial plastic system (Geberit Mepla)
  • Solar Thermal installation to contribute to the hot water generation.
  • BMS installation and co-ordination of installation.
  • Individual heat recovery installation to individual apartments.
  • Internal and External Gas & MCWS installation.
  • External rain water goods.
