The above project consisted of works to a new timber framed housing association apartment block which required the following works:
- Underfloor heating, including insulation & acoustic separation to upper floors. Ground floor consisted of clip style installation with upper floors working on a spreader plate arrangement.
- Above ground drainage.
- Heating & Hot water Generation installation.
- Domestic Hot Water Services distributed using commercial plastic system (Geberit Mepla)
- Solar Thermal installation to contribute to the hot water generation.
- BMS installation and co-ordination of installation.
- Individual heat recovery installation to individual apartments.
- Internal and External Gas & MCWS installation.
- External rain water goods.
